What Foods Taste Better as Leftovers vs. Freshly Cooked?
I’ve done this as an on-air topic several times over the past 28 years.
Listeners have always enjoyed sharing their own personal likes about this topic.
Here we go. What foods taste better as leftovers then they did when first cooked fresh?
I fancy myself as a bit of an amateur “foodie” and I love having this discussion with you.
Here is only my partial list of seven (7) foods that taste better the next day, as follows:
- Stews
- Meatloaf
- Soups
- Chili
- Stuffing
- Lasagna
- Bread Pudding
During the many challenges presented by our coronavirus pandemic, let’s have some fun together.
Let me know your list. You can e-mail me at HarryHurley@aol.com, or, visit my Harry Hurley Facebook Page, where you can leave your comment on this topic.
PS: There is technical reason why this is actually true. I now risk spoiling the simplicity and joy of this post; but, I feel obligated to share it with you.
