What's With All the Chalk in Atlantic City?

People are chalking up Atlantic City!

"Chalk About AC" is an event held in conjunction with the Atlantic City Arts Foundation to draw attention to Atlantic City and the artists in all of us.

The Foundation recently hosted the event to spread colored chalk all over the city.
