80-Year-Old Woman Carjacked After Easter Meal [VIDEO]

Police say a man carjacked an 80-year-old Brooklawn woman as she left a diner after eating an Easter breakfast with her family.

Police in Brooklawn say a man pulled Cass Hodge from her Honda Accord as she left the Metro Diner before driving off Sunday morning.

The victim had some scrapes and bruises.

Authorities tell the Philadelphia Inquirer the suspect was on the run after returning to a nearby drugstore where he had shoplifted the day before.

Police were trying to track down the man and the car, which contained the woman's pocketbook with cash and credit cards.
