Atlantic City, NJ, School Board Member Ethics Charges Coming?

An Atlantic City Board of Education member has reported to me that he is expecting ethics charges to be filed against him by his fellow school board members.

Earlier this week, Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small went on a verbal tirade and attacked Atlantic City Board of Education member Ron Bailey on Facebook.

Bailey had merely answered a question that was directed to him by a constituent. This led to Marty Small posting his unhinged comments.

Marty Small is the husband of La’Quetta Small, who is the Atlantic City Superintendent of Public Schools.

Bailey has a good reason to believe that political retaliation is coming.

JUST ASK JOHN DEVLIN

John Devlin is the former President of the Atlantic City Board of Education. He experienced trumped-up charges and the Atlantic City Board of Education voted to remove Devlin from his elected board seat.

You don't have a clue of what's going on in your life but want to comment on ours. You say what they write for you. You won the school board election by accident because of the Bailey name. You and the rest of these miserable, jealous, racist people can continue to pray for our downfall...but they're the same people who voted and supported a 34 time CONVICTED Felon that occupies the White House. MARTY SMALL CALLED RON BAILEY A RACIST

In a live, on-air interview that I did with Ron Bailey yesterday morning, Bailey confirmed that he is mixed raced.

This makes the often used “racist” term by Marty Small inoperative and ridiculous when directed towards Bailey.

MARTY & LA’QUETTA SMALL ARE BOTH UNDER CRIMINAL INDICTMENT

The husband and wife Small duo are presently facing a myriad of criminal child abuse charges.

Marty Small was indicted by a second Atlantic County Grand Jury for alleged witness tampering.

New Jersey Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury has scheduled their criminal trial to begin on Monday, July 14, 2025.
