What you cannot donate to Goodwill in New Jersey
If you're like me, you're just getting around to doing some spring cleaning (yeah, I know).
One of the best ways to eliminate unwanted items around your humble abode is to donate them to a charitable organization, like Goodwill.
Lots of organizations like that one will accept your donations and then resell them as a way to raise money. You'll benefit as you'll likely be able to get a tax deduction and the group can make money to help those in need. It's a win-win.
However, Goodwill won't take everything you want to get rid of.

Things you cannot donate to Goodwill
Not only do your donations need to be in good condition, but there are some items that they will flat-out refuse to take. Some of them are quite obvious while others might surprise you.
Before you load up your SUV and head down to your local Goodwill store to drop off your leisure suits from the 70s and that old TV that's been in your basement since the Reagan administration, here's a list of items they will not accept...
