Egg Harbor City Man Busted on Heroin Charges

Police say Richard J. Martin, 27, of Egg Harbor City was arrested Thursday and charged with Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance (Heroin) and Possession with Intent to Distribute.

Authorities say the arrest was made by Egg Harbor City Detective Rich Brown and members of the Atlantic County Prosecutors Office.

Martin was released on summons pending his scheduled court appearance.
