Hard Rock Atlantic City Giving More Grocery Gift Cards to Furloughed Employees
Earlier this month, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City handed out grocery gift card to employees furloughed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This Thursday, they'll do it again.
According to a press statement, all Hard Rock Team Members, including full-time, part-time, on-call, and salaried employees earning less than $50,000 annually, can pick-up another $100 ShopRite gift card on May 21 beginning at 10AM at Hard Rock Atlantic City.
According to Nikki Balles, Director of Public Relations and Community Affairs for Hard Rock Atlantic City, it's a $600,000 total commitment by The Seminole Tribe of Florida, Chairman of Hard Rock International Jim Allen, Jack Morris, CEO of Seminole Gaming, and Joe and Michael Jingoli.
With no timeline yet for a Hard Rock reopening, the casino says commitment to their employees and their families is top priority during this unprecedented time amid coronavirus.
