Meet Duke, the First Person in Line for Trump’s Wildwood Rally
There's commitment, and, then there's "commitment!"
A long-time "Hurley in the Morning" listener known as "Duke The Butcher" is the very first person in line for tomorrow night's 7:00 p.m. President Trump Rally in Wildwood, New Jersey.
Duke and I are former colleagues at the Steve Wynn-owned Golden Nugget in Atlantic City and he granted us his first and only interview at this time. He'll be with us on-air tomorrow at 6:04 a.m., too.
Duke arrived to The Wildwoods Convention Center at 2:00 AM Sunday, January 26, 2020, in order to secure his pole position and guarantee that he will be one of the 7,500 lucky ones who will actually make it inside this coveted Presidential rally.
We interviewed Duke live on-air this morning, beginning at 6:04 a.m. from his temporary outdoor residence in Wildwood. You can listen to the interview right here and hear his enthusiasm for President Trump and his patriotism for our Country.
For those still planning to arrive "early" and ensure that you are within the available tight supply versus the tremendous demand, consider the following:
In a separate "Hurley in the Morning" exclusive interview earlier this morning, Lara Trump confirmed that more than 175,000 people have requested tickets. Lara Trump also confirmed that because the venue only holds 7,500 people, that they will be doing another rally in the future.
This was a major breaking news announcement, made exclusively on Hurley/WPG.
This is the largest number (175,000) of tickets ever requested for a President Trump rally, anywhere.
Presently, those who have arrived have been staged on Atlantic and Davis Avenues in Wildwood.
By 8:30 p.m. last night, about 30 people had arrived. By 6:00 a.m. this morning this number grew to more than 150 people.
The Wildwood Police Department and other working partners have been doing a great job in the pre-planning and now with the early stages of the event.
Sources have conveyed to me that the plan is to move the people in line, in the order of their arrival to the permanent queue area (nearer the Convention Center) by 6:00 p.m. tonight.
