It’s Time for a Panera Bread Franchise in the Atlantic City Area
How would you like to help me open up a Panera Bread Franchise in South Jersey?
Really, the only thing I would need from you is about $3 Million.
Oh, the other thing... that $3 Million has to be a gift, not a loan.
Would you like my address?
Here we are in 2018 and Atlantic, Cape May, Ocean, and Cumberland Counties are without a Panera Bread restaurant.
We have mattress stores and cell phone stores covered, though.
Getting back to the $3 million I need from you - that's the amount in Net Worth one needs to purchase a Panera Bread franchise. According to franchisehelp.com, of that $3 Million, one needs to have $1.2 Million in liquid capital.
We have some great potential locations for a Panera Bread, including Atlantic City (the Outlets, maybe?), Mays Landing (the new Gravelly Run Shopping Center?), or even Northfield (Tilton Road, downstairs of the radio station.)
By the way, the closest Panera Bread from where we broadcast every day - is in Sicklerville, about 37 minutes away.
So, that's it. Is anyone listening? Do you want to invest, or maybe just send me $3 Million so I can get the ball rolling?
I'm already thinking about lunch...
