South Jersey House Wins $50,000 In ‘The Great Christmas Light Fight’
South Jersey wins BIG!
A HUGE congratulations to Michael McCarty and Lyle Williams of Pitman, Gloucester County, who scored a whopping $50,000 for their epic holiday light display on ABC's The Great Christmas Light Fight.
If you haven't had the chance to check out their awesome Christmas light show they call "Frostland Village", it's absolutely worth a trip up the Atlantic City Expressway to check it out. To call this display "epic" almost doesn't do it justice. The amount of work, dedication, and love that goes into setting this thing up every year is insane.
The episode aired Thursday, December 12, 2024 on ABC. I won't spoil it for you by revealing all of their secrets, but you should definitely check it out so you get an idea just how hard this couple works to put this on for South Jersey every year,
The South Jersey home had to take on other pretty cool light displays put on by people from Illinois, Texas, and even Florida. The competition was pretty stiff. Everybody featured in this episode did a wonderful job on their displays, but the winners were clear.
Michael and Lyle had the best one, hands down.
Good news for you and your fam! You can actually go check out Frostland Village at 23 Euclid Avenue in Pitman from now through the New Year! It's completely free to go see, too. Bring the kids, bring the whole family. Even the Grinchiest scrooge can't help but smile at this thing.
Congratulations to Michael, Lyle, and Frostland Village in Pitman on their big $50,000 win! Catch their episode now on Hulu!
