Don't believe the social media chatter. The ByrdCage Restaurant and Bar in Atlantic City wants to make it clear that they are not closing.

The ByrdCage posted a statement on its website on Wednesday to set the record straight.

The restaurant is not closing and continues to operate successfully, with strong business performance and ongoing customer support.

The Byrdcage Looks for a Partner to Expand

The ByrdCage makes it clear in its web message that they are happy with the restaurant's strong start in its first year, and are interested in finding a partner to help them keep the good food and the good times going.

Business is flourishing, and we are incredibly proud of what we’ve built,” said management. “This move is about growth, not closure. We are looking for the right partner—someone who believes in the brand and wants to help take it to the next level.”

Byrdcage Restaurant remains fully open and committed to delivering the same high-quality food, service, and atmosphere that its guests have come to expect.

My Review of the ByrdCage

I went to dinner with my wife Beth at The ByrdCage a couple of weeks ago, and we had a great meal.

The ByrdCage has a delicious menu of American comfort food, and Chef Jason Tell sure can cook.

We chowed down on the famous ByrdCage nachos, she-crab soup with monkfish, and fried chicken cutlet in a cornflake crust for our entrees. We split the chocolate mousse for dessert.

Everything was excellent, including the custom Byrdcage cocktails we had with our meal.

We had so much fun, we ended up staying at The ByrdCage for several hours, hanging out and enjoying.

The ByrdCage has a cool vibe. The upstairs room is a party space that gets rocking as the night goes on.

I can't wait to go back to the ByrdCage as the weather warms up and we can hang out in the ByrdCage's outdoor Garden. What a night space!

Partnership Information

If you would like to join the ByrdCage team, they are looking for a business partner.
