NJ Judge Hands Another Defeat To Atlantic City, NJ Mayor & Wife
New Jersey Superior Court Judge Bernard DeLury has been ruling against Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small and his Schools Superintendent wife, La’Quetta Small with great regularity.

Judge DeLury ruled against Marty Small in the recent past regarding the same attempt to dismiss criminal charges.
