Looking to buy a South Jersey restaurant? The Rams Head Inn is officially for sale for $3.495 million, which is a price reduction according to their real estate ad.

The Galloway Township restaurant, which sits on 4 acres on the West White Horse Pike, opened in 1979. The restaurant was a popular spot for wedding receptions, hosting an average of 60 weddings a year.

The Ram's Head Inn, owned by the Knowles family, closed in January, 2019, with a sprinkler system issue, which has been fixed, but the property is in need of a makeover.

The real estate listing says the sale will include all equipment, the liquor license, and five rooms or spaces for inside or outside occupancy.
