A 19-year-old from Bristol, PA, was busted by police in Wildwood for opening smoking pot in public and for a weapons violation.

Wildwood Police say they responded to a noise complaint  on Ocean Avenue, just before Midnight Tuesday night. Once on the scene, police observed Alyssa Boemer, 19, opening smoking suspected marijuana in front of officers.

A search found Boemer, "in possession of a stolen 9mm handgun and a hollow point round of ammunition along with additional ammunition."

She was arrested on a number of charges and was being held in the Cape May County jail pending a hearing.

Also arrested on the scene were Kathryn Doherty, 20, of Philadelphia on a charge of Underage Possession of Alcohol and Nadaire Webster, 21, of Philadelphia on a charge of Possession of CDS(marijuana) -  under 50 grams.
