
2 Hurt in Stabbing, Assault at Showboat in Atlantic City, NJ
Authorities in Atlantic City continue to investigate a Sunday night stabbing and assault at Showboat.
According to the Atlantic City Police Department, its officers were called to the boardwalk property just after 10:30 PM.
What Police Say Happened at Showboat
At the scene, officials located an assault victim, a 38-year-old woman from Severn, MD; she was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers also learned that a man had been stabbed, but he fled the scene before police arrived.
That victim, 38 years old and from Newark, NJ, was ultimately located at ARMC-City after he was driven there by friends. He also suffered a
non-life-threatening injury.
