Stafford Police Investigating Multiple Reports of Stolen Bikes

In Stafford, police are looking for a bicycle bandit after two bikes were reported stolen in the Ocean Acres area over the last couple weeks.

The first bicycle was stolen on May 19 and the other outside of a home on May 25.

As police investigate the thefts they are relaying a stern warning to the community.

"Parents and kids - ALWAYS LOCK YOUR BICYCLE OR PUT IT IN A GARAGE OR SHED! There are apparently too many bike thieves out there waiting to steal them. Thank you everyone."
