Suspended Atlantic City, NJ Principal Guilty of Trespassing?
Multiple current and former Atlantic City Public Schools staff and board sources have reached out to us to report that Constance Days-Chapman was observed inside an Atlantic City, New Jersey public school, the Pennsylvania Avenue elementary school.
Constance Days-Chapman is the current suspended Principal of the Atlantic City High School.
Days-Chapman was inside an Atlantic City public school right with Superintendent La’Quetta Small and Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small.
La’Quetta Small is Days-Chapman’s immediate supervisor.
La’Quetta Small should also be suspended, while facing serious child abuse criminal charges … but, miraculously, she’s not.
Marty Small has also been charged with serious criminal child abuse offenses.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office has previously confirmed that Days-Chapman has been criminally charged with:
- second-degree Official Misconduct.
- third-degree Hindering Apprehension of Another.
- fourth-degree Obstruction of Justice.
- disorderly persons Failure to Report Child Abuse.
From one source:
So somebody allowed her (Days-Chapman) to come on school premises or she just had the guts to do it. But they even evidenced her being there by taking the pictures and putting them up on the The Facebook page. I just got a text from XXXXX XXXXX saying that when you're suspended you're not permitted on school property. Not to mention she was suspended and has criminal charges. And those charges relate to her activity in school involving a student from that school.
Another source said about Days-Chapman being inside an Atlantic City public school:
“When you’re suspended … You're suspended and you're not allowed on the premises. When you are suspended, you are not permitted back on school grounds. It is considered to be trespassing,” said our inside source.”
Here are photos of Days-Chapman, along with Marty and La’Quetta Small at the Pennsylvania Avenue School yesterday.
Photos are from the Atlantic City Public Schools Facebook page.
Many are wondering how will the Atlantic City public schools will ever be able to manage suspensions and other progressive discipline regarding other employees in the future … with the way the Smalls’ and Days-Chapman have handed this troubling situation.
Marty Small, La’Quetta Small and Constance Days-Chapman appear to believe that no rules apply to them.
Is it a case of “Rules for Thee, but, not for me?”
