Despite the fact that the state of New Jersey wields total control of both the City of Atlantic City and Atlantic City Board of Education … Marty Small and La’Quetta Small have amassed more political power in Atlantic City than any two people in modern Atlantic City history.

The fact that The Small’s are a married couple, only adds to the accumulation of their political power status.
