Home gyms just seem more convenient with today's social distancing climate. You can spend your workout in a more comfortable atmosphere and workout practically whenever you want without worrying about germs.

I have a treadmill and a set of weights in my basement that I've been using since my gym closed in mid-March. I love being able to roll out of bed first thing in the morning and go right into my basement to get it done.

If you happen to be in the market for a home gym or workout equipment, Tilton Fitness is getting ready to auction off their equipment used in all seven locations, according to the Press of Atlantic City.

The chain of Tilton Fitness Centers closed on July 1st due to the COVID-19 pandemic. South Jersey locations included Northfield and Galloway Township. Tilton Fitness had over 20,000 members.

The online auction for Tilton's gym equipment will take place starting August 27th through September 2nd and you must register online first to be a part of the auction.
