We have a new batch of local student-athletes this week who have proven themselves worthy in their respective fields.

Rob Ennis, Football, Millville - The junior running back ran wild against Absegami, surging for 272 yards on 22 carries. Ennis scored four rushing touchdowns in the 42-6 win over the Braves.

 

Carlos Molina, Soccer, Pleasantville - He netted four goals in the Greyhounds' 6-1 win over St. Joe.

 

Bri Angellella, Field Hockey, Southern Regional She scored both of the Rams' goals in a 2-0 win over Brick Township. Her efforts pushed Southern Regional to its sixth straight victory.

 

Alex Padovani, Football, Hammonton - The senior hauled in two touchdown catches in a 24-6 win over Bridgeton. Padovani, a Villanova commit, also kicked a field goal and three extra points to account for 18 total points in the matchup.

 

Austin Francisco, Football, St. Augustine - The senior wide receiver went off in a 48-10 victory over Ocean City. The CAL's leading receiver caught 14 passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns.
