Police in Galloway Township are investigating an animal cruelty case that reportedly happened just after 1PM Friday on Jimmie Leeds Road.

Police say they received a call from a concerned person about someone traveling east on Jimmie Leeds Roads near the area of the Garden State Parkway overpasses throwing kittens out of the window.

Police say the caller was said to have several cars between themselves and the vehicle in question, and wasn't able to identify the vehicle.

Galloway Police say, "if anyone else witnessed this incident or has information regarding this incident, please call us at 609-652-3705 extension 1."
