Allegations Are Worse Involving Autistic Atlantic City, NJ, Child
Yesterday, we addressed allegations of alleged physical abuse involving an Atlantic City, New Jersey autistic child.
The serious allegations were revealed by the child’s Grandmother on social media and in a direct communication to us.

Now, the child’s Mother has contacted us regarding new allegations regarding physical abuse of her son.
To his credit, Phil Guenther, Superintendent of Schools for the Atlantic County Special Services School District was fully transparent and he communicated with the Mother about video footage that exists involving an incident involving her son.
Guenther also properly involved law enforcement, as there are physical injuries to the autistic child.
We have reviewed and are in possession of 10 photos that show various injuries on the autistic boy’s face, lips, arm, hand and wrist.
These are photos of previous injuries allegedly suffered at an Atlantic City public school … not the Atlantic County Special Services School District.
It has been reported to me by the Mother that Guenther told her that the bus driver inflicted injuries upon her autistic child.
Guenther also advised the parent about her legal rights.
Guenther’s involvement in this is only the bus transportation aspect of this case. The autistic child attends the Atlantic City public schools … where the initial physical abuse allegations are said to have occurred.
We have confirmed that the family has retained Atlantic City area attorney David Castellani to represent them against the Atlantic City public schools system.
Because the Atlantic County special services school district handles the bus transportation… They will likely face potential litigation as well.
Yesterday, I received a heart-felt written communication from Kimmy Mcdonel, the Mother of the autistic boy.
Here, we share her communication (unedited) and in its entirety, so that you can learn the gravity of the allegations:
Hello Harry, I know it's late but I'm the mother of the autistic child whose grandmother wrote you two nights ago. I wanted to thank you for addressing our concerns. Sadly I learned of some more disturbing news today. I'm not sure if my mother went into full detail about the events that occurred on Wednesday but not only did Mrs. Woody suspend my child for having a meltdown which she describes as hitting other children and being aggressive later on that day transportation called the cops to help escort my son off the bus because he again was being aggressive and supposedly was hitting children. Today Phil Guenther called me to confirm that yes Jayden did pinch an aid on the bus but the bus driver hit him which made the situation so much worse. Now knowing my son.. he doesn't just attack for no reason unless he doesn't feel safe which gives me reason to believe this is the reason for these meltdowns in school which we already know an aid in his classroom was pinching him. Another aid came forward and reported it. But I have reason to believe his teacher Mrs blackman is just as guilty for abuse because she lied about a mark that occurred on september 17 on the side of his face. She told me he came off the bus like that then later that day the story changed. My son has came home several times with bruises and scratches and even a mark on his lip. The entire time she told me he was doing it to himself. My sweet boy was coming home in full blown crying episodes every single day and sometimes even attacking me and that's when I knew something was totally off with him. What was triggering my son? Especially since he loved the bus most of all. There were times even the bus ride to school became chaotic. So not only was the aid hurting him, the bus driver was, I just need proof that his teacher is just as guilty. I know a mother who has a child whose son was in her class last year who also has a story similar to mine. Her son also came home with marks and was told he was doing it to himself. She had to fight all year to get justice for her son but the system let her down and because of that this teacher is still working for our school and now my son is suffering. Luckily for her she got her boy into mayslanding which I'm trying to do but her son had to endure the pain of being in this classroom all year until that change could happen which is not what l'm willing to tolerate for my son. Too many people have hurt him. It's truly a shame that these children can't speak to authority and say hey so and so hurt me. I wonder how many other children have suffered because of this. My heart is broken for my son he now flinches when his little brother wants to play with him or when we raise our voice. Things he never would do before. His tics have increased which is a forum of anxiety and he's hitting himself in the head. He cries out of no where sometimes and just wants to be held.. I literally can feel his pain. He's such a sweet kid. All though his behaviors weren't always perfect it was never to this extreme and so what if he pinched someone Harry.. what gives them the right to hit him? He's still a child.. a child with a disability. And to suspend him when he has needs instead of offering him another solution? And if they can't control him why not just sent him to another school? Why are they hurting my baby?
