Cops: Man Exposes Himself to Child Inside South Jersey Walmart
Officials in Monroe Township, Gloucester County, say a man from Clayton has been arrested after he allegedly was seen exposing himself to a family inside Walmart last week.
Cops say the incident happened last Saturday afternoon, September 12th, at Walmart in Williamstown when an employee of the store observed a man, later identified as David Hohsfield of Clayton, following a family around the store while he was exposing himself. Police say young children were with the family and they were not aware of what was happening.
When cops arrived, a press release says they observed Hohsfield in the toy aisle of the store following another family around. That's when, according to police, Hohsfield exposed himself to a child that was partially separated from her family.
Police say they quickly confronted Hohsfield and he was arrested without incident.
Hohsfield was charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of children. He was later charged on a complaint-warrant and remanded to jail in Salem County.
