Healing, Hope and Finding Your Spark

Like so many of us, Helene Beck began to re-evaluate her life and search for answers at the start of the pandemic.

Experiencing vertigo for nine months and coping with mental health issues, Helene returned to her hometown of Margate. Finding comfort in her hometown roots and the spirituality of the ocean, Helene had an idea - she would start her own podcast to help others heal and share their stories.

Having no experience in podcasting, Helene and her daughter Alexandra had to teach themselves the ins and outs of hosting and promoting a podcast, but it has all been worth it.

Since that moment, she has never looked back. She and her daughter have hosted "Coming from the Heart Podcast" for more than a year. It is a journey of self-exploration, hope, and even some fun along the way.
