Here is how the Egg Harbor Township Police Department did it:
After an extensive search, Egg Harbor Township Police K-9 Officer William Burns and his K9 partner "Odin", along with Atlantic County Sheriff's K-9 Officer Joseph Kleinow and his K9 partner "Keeper", tracked to a heavily wooded thick brush area between two fences separating ExcelCare and Harrison Beverage. With the assistance of Drone Surveillance and both K-9's, the victim was then located by Officer Dominik Newman of the Egg Harbor Township Police Department approximately 1000 feet into the brush between the two properties. Mr. Saylor was subsequently carried out of the wooded area by Patrol Officers, turned over to Egg Harbor Township EMS and transported to Atlantic City Medical Center for evaluation of non-life-threatening injuries, said the Egg Harbor Township Police Department.
