How to Get Tickets to See Pope Francis in Philadelphia

Tickets for the first public event during Pope Francis' visit to Philadelphia will be available at noon Tuesday.

You'll need to be fast-of-mouse to get the tickets as they will be available only via the World  Meeting of Families website.

Ticket holders for the Ben Franklin Parkway events will be a maximum of 2-and-a-half blocks away.

Saturday, Sept. 26 speech at Independence Hall: 4:45 p.m.

• 10,000 tickets will be available at the World Meeting of Families website on a first come, first serve basis.
• One person can order a maximum of 4 tickets
• Open to the public
• Before the speech, the pontiff will ride in a parade along the Ben Franklin Parkway. No tickets are needed.

Saturday, Sept 26 Festival of Families concert: 6 p.m.

• 750,000 are expected to attend
• 10,000 free tickets go on sale Wednesday at 12 noon at the World Meeting of Families website on a first come, first serve basis.
• Performers include Italian classical tenor Andrea Bocelli, Latin American pop star Juanes, and the Philadelphia Orchestra.

Sunday, Sept. 27: Papal Mass - 4 p.m.

• 1.5 million are expected to attend
• 10,000 free tickets go on sale Wednesday at 12 noon at the World Meeting of Families website on a first come, first serve basis.
