A Penn State University student, who is from New Jersey, has made a stunning admission, according to the reporting of WJACTV.

Jacob Tillman is 20 years old and from West Orange, New Jersey. He has released the following statement:

"I want to acknowledge that I raped her, even though I don't remember the act of doing it, because, at this point, there is no doubt in my mind that it happened, from everything I remember and from everything she said."

WJACTV has reported that alcohol was involved, to the point that Tillman needed help to get back home.

The victim (whose identity has not been revealed), reportedly offered to allow Tillman to sleep on the floor of her dorm room.

The victim allegedly woke up and found Tillman groping her.

Court records confirm that Tillman has been charged with three different felonies rape/sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and indecent assault without consent (misdemeanor charge).

Tillman is free on freed on a $100,000 unsecured bail bond.

He will have a preliminary hearing on September 14, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. before Magistrate District Judge Casey M. McClain.
