An argument in a local casino hotel room and some alert security officers resulted in the arrest of two people and the recovery of over four pounds of marijuana.

Atlantic City Police say Kevin Boyle, 46, of Philadelphia, and Brandi Sieber, 24, of Little Egg Harbor Township were arrested at Bally's Casino on April 5th after security officers alerted police of drugs in a hotel room.

Officials were originally called to the room for reports of an argument, and while there, security officers noticed marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. They then notified Atlantic City Police.

Police say they searched the room, finding 4.2 pounds of marijuana, with a street value of $15,000.

Both Boyle and Sieber were arrested and charged. They were released on a summons and will appear in court to face various charges.
