See Where Atlantic City Ranks on Most Affordable Beach Towns to Buy a Beach House

Living in a beach town certainly has its perks. For many, the beach is a vacation detestation and living on the beach, or close to it, is a dream.

The real estate website Redfin just came out with a list of the 15 most affordable beach towns to buy a vacation home in order to help you achieve your dream of living close to or even on the beach.

According to the list, Atlantic City comes in at #1 for affordable beach towns, with a median sale price of $52,250 and over 27% of the homes are waterfront. Atlantic City beaches, nightlife and iconic boardwalk also earned rave reviews, according to the article.

The beach resort town of Miami comes in at #2 and Clearwater, FL - the spring training home of the Philadelphia Phillies - rounds out the Top 3.

The Garden State has another beach town on the list as Long Branch, in Monmouth County, makes the list at #14.
