Stockton University May Sell Seaview Hotel and Golf Course
The Seaview Hotel and Golf Course in Galloway could be under new under new ownership sooner than later.
The Press of Atlantic City reports that Stockton University is planning on discussing the sale of the property at a meeting scheduled for Monday, April 9th. Any potential buyer and the price of the property won't be discussed until the sale is in place and completed.
Stockton has owned Seaview since 2010 and has used has used the property for student housing and courses for tourism and hospitality. Stockton's new Atlantic City Campus will open this fall and will feature a state-of-the-art residential campus and the latest technology.
