This Is The One New Jersey Museum You Just Can’t Miss
Some people are really museum buffs, and some people really aren't. But no matter where you land on museums, experts say that if you're going to visit a museum in New Jersey, this is absolutely the one.
New Jersey is in a tough spot when it comes to museums. We are so close to New York, which some consider the museum capital of the world, and there are also great choices in Philadelphia as well.
But that doesn't mean we don't have a museum or two to rival some of the greats of the area, and the people at Woman's Day, a well-respected publication, have shined the light on what could be the premiere museum in our state.
They remind us that if you want to experience the largest planetarium in the Western Hemisphere, then New Jersey is the place you need to be.
You'll find that and so much more at Liberty Science Center at Liberty State Park in Jersey City. Have you ever been there?
If you haven't, this month might be a perfect time to visit. The kids will absolutely love the stuff going on there this month, like Spookyfest from October 7th through the 29th.
And there are things for the grown-ups too, like Oktoberfest, which takes place every Thursday night, and this week, October 5th, it's 21+.
Liberty Science Center is located at 222 Jersey City Boulevard, Liberty State Park in Jersey City. You'll have a great time, and so will the family.
