Atlantic City, New Jersey citizen activist John Exadaktilos is “Johnny on the Spot” when it comes to Marty and La’Quetta Small.

Over the years, Exadaktilos has captured La’Quetta Small parked illegally near “The Quarter” in Atlantic City.

I’ve seen the photographs.

Today, on Friday, May 31, 2024 in the early 2:00 p.m. hour, Exadaktilos observed La’Quetta Small and her expensive, taxpayer-paid vehicle (a luxury black Chevy Tahoe) at The Home Depot in Absecon, New Jersey.

For reasons only known to La’Quetta Small, she decided to park her taxpayer-paid vehicle in two handicapped parking spaces.

Exadaktikos called the Absecon Police Department and two police officers promptly responded.

La’Quetta Small purchased two unbrellas today.

You would think that a person like La’Quetta Small, who is an educational leader and is currently criminally charged with serious child abuse offenses would be careful not to break any other laws.

Smalls’ own sense of entitlement appears to be just breathtaking.

La’Quetta Small currently stands criminally charged with:

  • 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child.
  • 3 separate counts of disorderly persons simple assault.

ATLANTIC CITY MAYOR MARTY SMALL is criminally charged with:

  • 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child.
  • 3rd degree aggravated assault
  • 3rd degree terroristic threats
  • disorderly persons simple assault.

There is no word yet if the Absecon Police Department has ticketed La’Quetta Small.

Here are photographs taken by John Exadaktikos today at the Absecon Home Depot:

It’s bad enough to park illegally in one handicapped parking space.

It’s unconscionable to park in two handicapped parking spaces at the same time.

NOTE: There appears to be no record of La’Quetta Small being a handicapped individual, nor, does there appear to be a handicapped sign visible in the vehicle.

There are legitimate disabled persons who need use of these spaces.

John Exadaktilos also has prior photographs of the car driven by La’Quetta Small with an Atlantic City Police Department sign displayed on her dashboard.
