Beloved Philadelphia-based Bakery to Close South Jersey Location

Final Day Approaching for Cacia's in Blackwood
Cacia's Bakery in Blackwood took to Facebook Thursday afternoon to announce their store is closing on May 12th.
Those at the shop said they "explored every possible option before making this difficult decision" and they "believe this is the best course of action for us."
They were also quick to point out that the support of their customers has been greatly appreciated.
This decision was not made lightly, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering loyalty and support throughout the years.
Customers React with Sadness, Nostalgia
As expected, their loyal customers expressed their shock and sadness.
I am so sorry to hear this. Cacias was always a staple in our home for holidays and Sunday family dinners. Thank you for all those years and good luck to all of you, you will be missed.
I’ve literally been going to Cacias since I was a small child this is so sad
This is terrible. I first discovered your tomato pies and pizza in 1994 when I was at Rowan College and been a customer since even though I now live far away.
