OMG! It's Almost Time For Stewart's Drive-In To Open in Tuckerton

It is hard to believe that another winter has come and gone and now with spring here, it is almost time for a Tuckerton classic. Stewart's Drive-in is about to open.

It's a sure sign spring is here and summer is around the corner when Stewart's Drive-in opens on the water in Tuckerton.

I just posted an article about how Tuckerton was just named one of the most "quaint" and "charming" shore towns in New Jersey. Stewart's Drive-in definitely adds to the feel of Tuckerton. Drive up and order an ice-cold Stewart's root beer and you will know what I mean!

When was the last time you had "car-hop" service? The wait staff takes your order from you in your car and, of course, brings it out to you. Do you remember seeing movies from the '50s when it was hugely popular to go to the carhop and the wait staff would come out on skates? Don't try that at home, but if you do I'm not responsible for any "negative" outcomes. Oh yes, I almost forgot that boat hop service is available, too, if you sail in.

Stewart's in Tuckerton is located right next to the Tuckerton Seaport on Route 9. They open for the season on April 14th.
