Manchester Police responded to an undisclosed residence on Monday after receiving a 911 call about a man victim lying face down on an undisclosed street.
Officers found Igal Hedad, 71, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida who was bleeding from his head and had gunshot wounds to his back.
They also observed what appeared to be a bullet hole through the front door of the residence.

An investigation revealed that the owner of the house was Thomas Hatchett who also has an address in Verona, New Jersey.
The Verona Police Department were contacted and located Hatchett and brought him to headquarters for an interview.
Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit and the Manchester Township Police Department interviewed Hatchett, and he was subsequently arrested and charged.
