42 people are being treated at five hospitals for various injuries after a railing broke Friday night at a concert at BB&T Pavilion in Camden.

WPVI-TV reports a railing separating the crowd from a small stage gave-way when fans surged toward rapper Snoop Dog, who was performing at the time.

Dramatic video posted online shows a wave of people falling to a lower walkway.
