Bicyclist Injured in Tilton Road Crash

Wednesday afternoon, Egg Harbor Township Police responded to a crash between a car and a bicyclist on Tilton Road.

The accident happened just before 2:30 Wednesday afternoon on Tilton Road in the area of Heathercroft Square.  Police say a car driven by Christopher Mazzoni of Seaville was traveling south on Tilton Road when a bicyclist crossed into the path of his vehicle. The bicyclist, Ventzeslav Matuski from Ocean City, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City's trauma center with serious injuries. Traffic was detoured for about an hour while the scene was cleared.
