Two teenagers have been arrested for allegedly shooting another teenager in Camden County earlier this week.

Suspects and Charges

18-year-old Jacquae Roberts of Camden and an unidentified 17-year-old man from Pennsauken are both charged with first-degree attempted murder, first-degree robbery, and related weapons offenses. The juvenile is also charged with fourth-degree possession of a firearm by a minor.

Incident Details

Authorities say this past Monday afternoon at around 3:00, officers with the Pennsauken Police Department were called to the 7700 block of Stockton Avenue in reference to a shooting.

There, they found an 18-year-old man who had been shot. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he was treated and released.

Detectives later learned the victim had been shot while being robbed.

During their investigation, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office and the Pennsauken Police Department say they identified Roberts and the juvenile as suspects in the shooting.

Arrest and Detention

The pair was taken into custody in Camden and Pennsauken, respectively, on Friday by the U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Roberts will be held at the Camden County Correctional Facility. The juvenile will be held at the Camden County Juvenile Detention Center.
