Willingboro Man Shot in Atlantic City Monday Night

Cops in Atlantic City are investigating a shooting in the city Monday night that left a Burlington County man wounded.

The Atlantic City Police Department says officers responded to the intersection of Maryland and Pacific Avenues around 9:30 Monday night for a report of a man that was shot and assaulted.

Officers located the victim, a 21-year-old man from Willingboro, who had been assaulted and sustained a graze wound from a gunshot.

Police say he was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
